How To Use

Apply in the AM before eye makeup. Dispense half a pump to the applicator tip and dot around both eyes, smoothing over the entire orbital region from under-eye to brow, including eyelids, then blend with fingertips. Reapply throughout the day as desired for a quick refresh.
