We currently ship across Canada and the United States. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

Canada

Standard Shipping: $11.99 CAD | Express Shipping: $22.99 CAD

United States

Standard Shipping: $14.99 CAD | Express Shipping: $27.99 CAD

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–7 business days | United States: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on skincare products, services, treatment packages, or gift cards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@soleaskinclinic.ca with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
