Booking & Policies
How do I know what to book?
During your initial new client consult and facial, we will recommend specific treatments for you. Afterwards, if you are unsure on what to book we offer an undecided treatment option - perfect for those who are unsure of what their skin needs that day.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. Less than 4 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required on file. If the policy is not met, the applicable fee will be charged. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to serve you and our other clients with care!
What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?
We truly understand that sickness and emergencies happen. Because your appointment time is specifically reserved for you, late cancellations or missed appointments still impact our schedule and small business operations. As agreed upon at the time of booking, our cancellation policy applies to all appointments, and the applicable fee will be charged to the card on file when adequate notice is not provided.
What happens if I am late?
To maintain the flow of our schedule and provide each client with the highest quality experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment due to a fully booked schedule. The full service fee will still apply.
Do you require a deposit to book?
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used in the event of a late cancellation, missed appointment, or violation of our late policy. Payment for services is completed in person at the end of your appointment via debit, credit, or cash.
What is your refund/return policy?
All services, packages, gift cards, and skincare products are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Are services, packages, or gift cards transferable?
Gift cards are transferable. Services and packages are non-transferable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept visa, mastercard, debit, american express, apple pay, google pay, e-transfer, and cash.
What about HST?
All payments are processed through our secure booking and payment system. We do not accept cash payments outside of our registered payment methods, and all services and retail purchases are subject to applicable taxes in accordance with Canadian regulations.
Skincare & Shipping
How do I know which products are right for me?
We provide personalized product recommendations based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. Every client receives a tailored skincare routine designed to support their treatments and long-term skin health. You can book a consultation or a virtual consultation here.
What is the return policy for products?
All skincare products are final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds; however, we are always happy to guide you in selecting the right products for your skin prior to purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Appointments & Experience
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit includes a thorough consultation where we assess your skin, discuss your goals, and create a customized treatment plan tailored to you. This is followed up by a 60 minute facial completely customized to your skin.
How much should I budget for a first time appointment?
We recommend budgeting anywhere from $200-$500 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. We prefer for each and every one of our clients to be on a full curated regimen for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, we will start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!
How should I prepare for my facial/treatment?
Arrive with clean skin when possible and avoid active ingredients (such as retinoids or exfoliants) for a few days prior, depending on your treatment.
How often should I be getting facials?
For optimal results, facials are typically recommended every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin type and goals.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Downtime varies depending on the treatment. Our signature facials do not have any downtime, while specific chemical peels and microneedling may have some redness and sensitivity for a few days. You can find the exact amount of downtime for a service here.
Can I come in if I have active acne, rosacea, and/or sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Treatments are customized to support and calm your skin while targeting concerns like acne, rosacea, and super sensitive skin.

If I don't live nearby can I still have a consultation?
Absolutely! We offer virtual consultations and follow up consults. We also offer shipping for any recommended skincare. You can book a consultation with us here.
Treatment-Specific
What is microneedling and how does it work?
Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen production, improving texture, acne scars, and overall skin quality. Read all about microneedling here.
Is microneedling painful?
A topical numbing cream is applied for 20 minutes beforehand to ensure your comfort. Most clients do not experience discomfort.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
While some results can be seen after 1-2 sessions, a series of 4-6 treatments is typically recommended for best results. You can find our discounted packages here.
What is dermaplaning and will my hair grow back thicker?
Dermaplaning gently removes dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz). Hair will not grow back thicker or darker. Dermaplaning does not cause hair to grow back thicker or darker because it only cuts hair at the surface, leaving the follicle and hair root untouched. Hair growth, thickness, and colour are determined by hormones and genetics below the skin’s surface, not by removing hair above it.
Are extractions included in every facial?
Extractions are included in our signature facials and corrective skin treatments. Extractions are done when needed and appropriate for your skin. Please note - If extractions require more than 15 minutes, a separate appointment will need to be scheduled to complete the service.
Safety & Suitability
Who is not a good candidate for certain treatments?
Microneedling
Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, using Accutane (within the past 6–12 months), have open wounds, skin infections, or a compromised skin barrier.
Chemical Peels
Not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding (Biorepel only), have extremely sensitive skin, active irritation, on accutane within the past 6-12 months, or recent sunburn.
Dermaplaning
Not recommended for clients with active acne, inflamed breakouts, or highly reactive/sensitized skin.
Extractions
Extractions may be limited or avoided if the skin is highly inflamed, infected, or compromised to prevent further irritation or damage.
LED Light Therapy
Generally safe for most clients, but may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions, photosensitivity, or those taking medications that increase light sensitivity.
Advanced Exfoliation Treatments
Not recommended for clients with a damaged skin barrier, active irritation, or those currently overusing strong active ingredients (like acids or retinoids).
Note: Every treatment is customized, and a thorough consultation will always be performed to ensure your service is safe, appropriate, and aligned with your skin’s needs.
Can I receive treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The Biorepeel and Microneedling treatment are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. All other skin services are pregnancy/breastfeeding safe.
What if I’m using prescription skincare (like retinoids)?
If you are using any prescription skincare, please discontinue use for 5-7 days prior and after the treatment. Please inform us prior to your appointment, as some treatments may need to be adjusted or postponed.
Are your treatments safe for all skin types?
Yes, treatments are selected and customized to be safe and effective for your specific skin type and concerns.
Aftercare & Results
What should I avoid before and after my treatment?
All detailed instructions are provided to ensure optimal results and proper skin healing here.
When will I start to see results?
Some treatments provide immediate glow, while others improve the skin gradually over the following days or weeks. Your esthetician will discuss expected results for your treatment during your appointment.
What products should I use at home to maintain results?
A personalized home care routine will be recommended to support and enhance your results. Please note that results cannot be guaranteed without a customized skincare regime.

Where do I park and what do I do when I arrive?
Please park in the driveway and text (289-279-1754) upon arrival. We will let you know when to come to the door, as we do not have a waiting area. We kindly ask that you do not come to the front door until we notify you that we are ready.
Do you have a restroom?
Yes we have a restroom available specifically for clients.
