→ Appointment reminders are sent 72 and 24 hours before your visit.
→ Please park in the driveway upon arrival. Limited parking is available on-site.
→ Kindly avoid arriving early, as we do not have a waiting area available.
→ Please text (289) 279-1754 upon arrival and remain in your vehicle until your aesthetician is ready for you.
→ A restroom is available during your visit.
→ We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash.
→ All purchases are subject to 13% HST.
Cancellation Policy
→ Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
→ Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
→ Less than 4 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
→ Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments and no-shows will be charged in full.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and a 100% service charge may apply.
Children Policy
For safety and insurance purposes, children are not permitted during appointments.

Can I wear makeup after?
We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours after your treatment, especially following microneedling or chemical peels, to allow the skin to heal properly.
When can I workout?
Please avoid intense exercise, heat, and sweating for 24–48 hours after your treatment to help prevent irritation and sensitivity.
When will I see results?
Results vary depending on the treatment and your skin concerns. Many clients notice an immediate glow after facials, while treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling continue improving the skin over the following days and weeks. Proper home care is most essential for great results.
What products should I avoid?
Avoid active ingredients such as retinol, exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), benzoyl peroxide, and harsh scrubs for at least 5–7 days.
Is redness normal?
Yes — mild redness, sensitivity, and dryness can be completely normal after certain treatments, especially microneedling and chemical peels. This typically subsides within a few days.
What if I need to reschedule?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice is subject to a cancellation fee.
