Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Solea Skin Clinic is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Solea Skin Clinic is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

U.S. orders may be subject to customs inspections or import regulations depending on the order value and destination. Most orders under $800 USD are delivered without additional duties or fees; however, Solea Skin Clinic is not responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local jurisdiction.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our processing times, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

At Solea Skin Clinic, all purchases are considered final sale. This includes services, treatment packages, gift cards, and skincare products. Due to the nature of our services and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any services rendered or products purchased.

All treatment packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within the specified validity period, if applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To report an issue, please provide your order details along with photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges on services, treatment packages, gift cards, or skincare products. Please ensure all selections are made carefully prior to purchase.
