48+ hours’ notice
No feeCancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Under 48 hours
50%Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Under 4 hours or no-show
100%Less than 4 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Late policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and a 100% service charge may apply.
Children policy
For safety and insurance purposes, children are not permitted during appointments.
