At Solea Skin Clinic, all purchases are considered final sale. This includes services, treatment packages, gift cards, and skincare products. Due to the nature of our services and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any services rendered or products purchased.

All treatment packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within the specified validity period, if applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To report an issue, please provide your order details along with photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
